中医特色护理在老年疾病护理中的应用效果

目的探究老年预防保健护理中中医特色护理的应用对生存质量的影响。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月昆明同仁医院收治的76例老年患者,将所选患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组38例,对照组运用常规的护理方式,研究组运用中医特色护理。结果研究组患者在病情缓解、运动锻炼、饮食健康以及精神状态等方面的评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理1个月后的效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理结果的总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相对于常规护理方式,中医特色护理有利于改善老年患者的生活质量,并且能够愉悦身心,进一步加快患者病情的恢复,在老年疾病护理的应用中效果理想,值得临床推广应用。

The Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in Senile Disease Nursing

Objective To explore the influence of the application of traditional Chinese medicine on the quality of life in the prevention and health care of the aged.Methods 76 elderly patients admitted to Kunming Tongren Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group used conventional nursing methods,and the study group used traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of nursing.Results The scores of remission,exercise,healthy diet and mental state in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effect of the study group was significantly better than the control group after one month of nursing(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing results in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing methods,the characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients,and can delight the body and mind,can further accelerate the recovery of patients’condition.The application of the elderly disease nursing effect is ideal,and the clinical application should be further promoted.
