| 摘 要： | 肿瘤标志物对评估肿瘤反应和监测肿瘤复发有着重要作用。鳞状细胞癌抗原（squamous cell carcinoma antigen，SCC-Ag）在肿瘤的诊断、分期、预后、随访等方面具有重要的临床意义，尤其在宫颈鳞状细胞癌（cervical squamous cell carcinoma，CSCC）中作用更重要，因为CSCC是宫颈癌最常见病理类型。SCC-Ag在CSCC中具有较好的辅助诊断、疗效监测、指导预后的作用，但是目前在CSCC诊断、分期、预后、随访方面并无具体SCC-Ag临床诊断临界值。本文就SCC-Ag的生物学特点及近年有关SCC-Ag在CSCC中的研究进展作一简要综述。 |

| Abstract: | Tumor markers play an important role in evaluating tumor response and detecting tumor recurrence.Squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)has important clinical significance in the diagnosis,staging,prognosis and follow-up of tumors,especially in cervical squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC),which is the most common pathology types of cervical cancer.SCC-Ag has a good role in assisting diagnosis,monitoring efficacy,and guiding prognosis in CSCC,but there is no specific SCC-Ag clinical diagnosis cut-off value in CSCC diagnosis,staging,prognosis,and follow-up at present.This article briefly reviews the biological characteristics of SCC-Ag and the research progress of SCC-Ag in CSCC in recent years. |
