滋阴潜阳汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进临床观察

目的综合性评估滋阴潜阳汤联合甲巯咪唑对甲状腺功能亢进患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2019年5月—2020年5月于大连市中医医院内分泌科住院接受治疗的甲状腺功能亢进患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采用甲巯咪唑口服治疗方案,试验组在对照组治疗基础上联合滋阴潜阳汤辨证内服方案,观察比较2组中医证候评分、甲状腺激素及临床疗效。结果经临床治疗,2组中医证候评分、T3、T4水平均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组治疗后中医证候评分、T3、T4水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴潜阳汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗可有效改善甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺激素合成及释放能力,滋阴潜阳、清热疏肝、养阴散结解郁,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Ziyin Qianyang Decoction Combined with Methimazole in the Treatment of Hyperthyroidism

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Qianyang Decoction combined with methimazole on patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 60 patients with hyperthyroidism who received treatment in the Endocrinology Department of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given methimazole oral treatment,and the experimental group was combined with Ziyin Qianyang Decoction for internal treatment based on the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,thyroid hormone and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After clinical treatment,TCM syndrome score,T₃ and T₄ levels in 2 groups were better than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),WHILE TCM syndrome score,T₃ and T₄ levels in experimental group were better than control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziyin qianyang decoction combined with methimazole can effectively improve the thyroid hormone synthesis and release ability of hyperthyroidism patients,nourish yin and suppress yang,clear heat and relieve liver,nourish yin and dissipate depression,which has significant clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
