| 摘 要： | 血管内光学相干断层成像技术(OCT)可用于评估血管病变、斑块性质,指导介入治疗,但其在脑血管病领域中的应用尚缺乏统一规范。该文从OCT的技术概述、图像采集、图像判读、临床应用等方面总结专家建议,旨在规范OCT在脑血管病介入诊疗中的应用,并为OCT在脑血管病领域开展深入研究奠定基础。 |

Expert consensus on the application of optical coherence tomography in interventional diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in China |

| Abstract: | Intravascular optical coherence tomography(OCT)can be used to evaluate the vascular lesions and plaques characteristics to guide interventional therapy.However,its application in the field of cerebrovascular disease has not been standardized.In this paper,experts′suggestions were summarized from the aspects of technical overview of OCT,image acquisition,image interpretation,and clinical application in cerebrovascular system.The aim is to guide and standardize the application of OCT in the interventional diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases,and to lay foundation for the further research of OCT in the field of cerebrovascular diseases. |
