Research on the Effect of Duanteng Yimu Decoction on Bone Metabolism Markers in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To explore the effect of Duanteng Yimu decoction on bone metabolism markers in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 76 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate tablets and hydroxychloroquine sulfate;the experimental group was treated with Duanteng Yimu decoction for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,bone metabolism indexes(S-CTX,OC,PINP)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results compared with the control group after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),the level of S-CTX was lower,the level of OC and PINP was higher(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Duanteng Yimu decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and bone metabolism indexes of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,inhibit bone absorption and promote bone formation.
