分级护理管理在临床实习中医护理带教中的应用

摘    要:
目的探讨分级护理管理在临床实习中医护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月—2019年12月于中国医科大学附属第四医院第一消化内科实习的护理专业学生50例,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(25例)和对照组(25例)。对照组采用常规护理管理方法进行带教,观察组采用分级护理管理进行带教。比较2组考核成绩、患者护理满意度。结果干预10周后,观察组理论成绩、实践成绩、患者护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床实习带教中实施分级护理管理模式,能有效提高护理实习生的理论与实践能力,也可提高患者护理满意度。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of graded nursing management in clinical practice nursing teaching.Methods 50 nursing students who were interned in our department from July 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases)according to the method of random number table.The control group was taught by routine nursing management method,and the observation group was taught by graded nursing management.The assessment results and patient nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results After 10 weeks of intervention,the theoretical,practical and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of graded nursing management mode in clinical practice teaching can effectively improve the theoretical and practical ability of nursing interns,and also improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
