腰椎间盘突出症CT和MRI影像特征与中医辨证分型的关系

目的探究腰椎间盘突出症(lumbardiskherniation,LDH)患者CT和MRI影像特征与中医辨证分型的关系。方法选取CT诊断患者161例,MRI诊断患者170例在以椎间盘突出物的突出方向分型的基础上,以突出物的形态密度进行分类,结合中医辨证分型来探究它们之间的内在联系。结果腰椎间盘突出症的血瘀型:以后外侧型为主;寒湿型:以后正中型为主;湿热型:以后外侧型为主;肝肾亏虚型:以韧带下型为主。结论腰椎间盘突出症通过CT和MRI影像特征结合中医辨证,在客观程度上揭示了发病的中医证候特点。

The Relationship between CT and MRI Imaging Characteristics of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation and TCM Syndrome Differentiation

Objective To explore the relationship between CT and MRI images of patients with lumbar disc herniation and TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods 61 patients diagnosed with CT and 170 patients diagnosed with MRI were classified based on the protruding direction of intervertebral disc protrusions,and the morphological density of protrusions was used to classify the combination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation to explore their internal relationship.Results Blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation:posterior lateral type;cold and damp type:posterior median type;damp heat type:posterior lateral type;liver and kidney deficiency type:mainly subligament type.Conclusion Lumbar disc herniation reveals the characteristics of TCM syndromes on the objective level through CT and MRI image features combined with TCM syndrome differentiation.
