摘    要:目的比较超声与磁共振成像(MRI)在子宫内膜间质肉瘤(ESS)患者术前诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院28例疑似ESS患者,术前均接受超声与MRI检查,以手术病理结果为"金标准",比较两种检查方式的诊断准确性。结果超声术前诊断ESS敏感度69.57%,特异度60.00%,准确性67.86%,Kappa值0.21;MRI术前诊断ESS敏感度95.65%,特异度80.00%,准确性92.86%,Kappa值0.76;超声与MRI诊断特异度比较无显著差异(P>0.05),MRI术前诊断ESS灵敏度和准确性明显高于超声(P<0.05)。结论相较于超声检查,术前MRI能够更准确诊断ESS,为患者治疗提供有效指导。

Comparison between Ultrasound and MRI for Preoperative Diagnosis of Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma

Abstract:Objective To compare the application value between ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in preoperative diagnosis of endometrial stromal sa rcoma(ESS).Methods Twenty-eight patients with suspected ESS were selected from the hospital.All of them were examined with ultrasound and MRI before surgery.With surgical and pathological results as the "golden standard",the diagnostic accu ra cy rates of the two exa mination methods were compa red.Results The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and Kappa value of ultrasound for preoperative diagnosis of ESS were 69.57%,60.00%,67.86%,and 0.21,while those of MRI were 95.65%,80.00%,92.86%,and 0.76.There was no significa nt difference in the diagnostic specificity between ultrasound and MRI(P>0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of MRI was significantly higher than that of ultrasound for preoperative diagnosis of ESS(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ultrasound examination,MRI can more accurately diagnose ESS before surgery and provide effective guidance for treatment.
