| Abstract: | Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of acupuncture on gastrointestinal function recovery of postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods The RCT literatures about acupuncture for postoperative gastric cancer in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library were retrieved.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 7 RCTs were included with a total of 483 patients.Meta-analysis showed that in the acupuncture treatment group,the first postoperative exhaust time(MD=-19.82,95%CI=-23.51,-16.13])and the first postoperative defecation time(MD=-17.13,95%CI=-24.94,-9.31])were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in postoperative patients with gastric cancer. |
