| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症诊断和手术治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析221例腰椎间盘突出症的临床表现、诊断和手术治疗的结果。结果：术后随访21月至6年，平均3．2年，治疗效果优179例，良23例，可14例，差5例，优良率91．4％。结论：坚持症状、体征和影像学检查相结合的诊断原则，严格掌握手术指征，选择合适的术式，手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症可取得满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and operative method of lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Method: The clinical manifestation, disgnostic and surgical results of 221 patients were retrospectively analysed. Results: All cases were followed up for 21 months to 6 years(average 3. 2 years). 179 cases were excellent,23 cases better, 14 cases good,5 cases poor. The good and excellent rate were 91.4% . Conclusion: Operative treatment has shown better results if the diagnostic principle of the combination of symptom and sign with image check is followed, operative index is commanded strickly,proper operative is selected. |
