肾安冲剂治疗脾肾阳虚型原发性肾病综合征的研究

目的　观察肾安冲剂治疗脾肾阳虚型原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法　选取脾肾阳虚型原发性肾病综合征患者 90例 ,随机分为中医组、西医组及中西医组各 30例 ,分别予肾安冲剂、泼尼松、肾安冲剂与泼尼松口服治疗 ,观察比较治疗前后血脂、血液流变学等指标的变化。结果　 3组疗效比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;但中药组和中西医组尿蛋白明显降低 ,血浆白蛋白明显增加 ,血脂和血液流变学各指标明显改善 ,且中药组在治疗过程中未发现不良反应。结论　肾安冲剂治疗原发性肾病综合征 (脾肾阳虚型 )疗效确切 ,有临床使用价值。

Study of Shen'anchongji on primary nephritic syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney-Yang

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Shen'anchongji on primary nephritic syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney-Yang.Methods 90 patients with primary nephritic syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney-Yang were chosen and randomly divided into Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) group, western medicine (WM) group and TCM combined with WM group. Every group had 30 cases and was treated with Shen'anchongji, prednisone and Shen'anchongji and prednisone respectively. Then the changes of blood fat and hemorheology before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference among the three groups (P<0.05). But urine protein decreased, plasma albumin increased, blood fat and hemorheology improved obviously in TCM group and TCM combined with WM group. No adverse reactions had been found in treatment course in TCM group.Conclusion Shen'anchongji has a good curative effect on primary nephritic syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney-Yang and can be used in clinic.
