| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨厌食症儿童血清瘦素水平的变化及其与能量摄入的相关性。方法: 检测 30例厌食症患儿的空腹血清瘦素水平、体重指数 (BMI)、能量摄入量, 并与 30例健康儿童比较, 同时分析血清瘦素水平与BMI、能量摄入的相关性。结果: ①病例组与对照组间的血清瘦素水平比较有统计学差异 (F=13 031, P= 0 001), 病例组明显降低; ②病例组中患儿的血清瘦素水平与BMI、能量摄入均存在着显著相关性 (P<0 05); 对照组中血清瘦素水平与BMI存在显著的相关性 (P<0 05),但血清瘦素与能量摄入无显著的相关性 (P>0 05)。结论: 厌食症儿童血清瘦素水平明显降低, 这一低水平的血清瘦素与能量的摄入量有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the changes of serum leptin levels of children with anorexia and its relation to energy intaking Methods:Fasting serum leptin level, body mass index (BMI) and energy intaking in 30 children with anorexia (cases group) were determined to compare with those in 30 healthy children (control group) Results:①The serum leptin levels in the cases group significantly decreased than that in control group ( F =13 031, P =0 001); ②There was obvious relationship between serum leptin levels and BMI and energy intaking ( P <0 05) in cases group. And there was obvious relationship between serum leptin levels and BMI ( P <0 05), but there was no relationship between serum leptin and energy intaking ( P >0 05) in control group Conclusion:The significant decreased serum leptin levels in children with anorexia should be related to energy intaking |
