双网塞套入式无张力疝修补术治疗巨大腹股沟疝的临床体会(附24例报道)

目的探讨双网塞套入式无张力疝修补术治疗巨大腹股沟疝的临床体会及价值。方法总结2008年8月至2012年4月用双网塞套入式无张力疝修补术治疗巨大腹股沟疝24例患者。其中合并慢性呼吸系统疾病、前列腺增生症、习惯性便秘和心血管疾病者8例(占33.3%)。结果本组无死亡,切口无感染,均为Ⅰ期愈合。术后3~7d出院。随访1~44个月,平均随访24个月,随访率100%,无1例复发。结论双网塞套入式无张力疝修补术治疗巨大腹股沟疝符合人体的生理解剖,操作简单,分离解剖少损伤轻,疝环充填物设计合理,无张力缝合,具有复发率低、术后修复快、并发症少、修补牢固可靠的优点,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Experience of Double Mesh Plug Tension-free Hernioplasty to Giant Inguinal Hernia

Objective To study the clinical experience and value of double mesh plug tension-free hemioplasty to giant inguinal hernia. Methods The information 24 patients who were cured with double mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty to giant inguinal hernia in August 2008 to April 2012, which combined with chronic respiratory disease, the prostate gland hyperplasia, habitual constipation and cardiovascular diseases as 8 cases （33.3%）. Results They are not death, incisions are not infection, they are all I -healing and leaves the hospital after 3 to 7 days. Following-up 1 - 44 months, average 24 months, following-up rate is 100%.They are not a case of recurrence. Conclusion The double mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty to giant inguinal hernia huge accords with human body＇s physiological anatomy.Its operations are simply.Its separating anatomy is less, its damages are light. The hernia ring fillings design is reasonable and no tension suture.The recurrence rate is low. The repair is fast after operation.The complications are less.Its repairments are solid and reliable.It is worth clinical application
