24例退行性膝骨关节病的关节镜下治疗方式探讨

目的：通过对24例26膝骨关节病的关节镜下分型诊断及治疗，探讨创伤小、疗效佳的治疗方法。方法：采用关节镜技术,结合术前检查对退行性膝骨关节病分为髌股关节病程、滑膜炎型、游离体型、复合型，依此施行有针对性、局限化的手术治疗。结果：26膝得到1－1．5年的随访，按膝关节综合评分表评分，优30％，良47％，可19％，差4％。结论：该方法具有创伤小、效率高、康复快、 并发症少等优点。

Arthroscopic Treatment of 24 Cases of Degenerative Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective A study on the arthroscopic classification and treatment of 24 cases(26 joints)of degenerative knee osteoarthritis(DKO)was carried out to find out an efficient,lesser trauma and equal or even better outcome procedure.Methods The DKO was bas cially divided into five types:patellofemoral degenerative arthrosis,synovitis,loose body,and complex type by the combination of preoperative physical examination and arthroscopy,therefore,the management could be targeted,localized and focused on special involved lesions according to the different types.Results clinical outcomes of 26 joints were,excellent in 30%,good in 47%,fair in 19%,poor in 4%,scored by the Comprehensive Knee Joints Rating System in period of fellow up ranged from 1 to 1 5 years.Conclusion Targeted,localized and focused arthroscopic technique was proven to be a lesser trauma,rapid rehabilitating fewer complications and equal or better outcome procedure.
