单味中药提取物防治急性肺损伤机制探究

急性肺损伤是一种严重的呼吸系统常见疾病，具有较高的发病率、病死率。西医多以针对性的支持治疗为主，目前尚无特效的治疗途径。反观传统中医药，具有多靶点、多途径、多组分、副作用低等特点，在防治急性肺损伤方面具有独特优势。同时，近年来随着中医药对急性肺损伤研究的深入，取得了理想的成果。故拟从单味中药提取物防治急性肺损伤机制展开综述，以期为该领域的基础实验研究及临床运用提供科学依据。

Study on the Prevention and Treatment Mechanism of SingleHerb Extract on Acute Lung Injury

Acute lung injury is a serious respiratory disease，which has high incidencerate and mortality. Western medicine mainly focuses on targeted supportive treatment，but thereis no effective treatment way at present. On the contrary，traditional Chinese medicine has thecharacteristics of multi-target，multi-component，low sideeffects，and has unique advantages in theprevention and treatment of acute lung injury. At the same time，in recent years，with the in-depthstudy of traditional Chinese medicine on acute lung injury，achieved ideal results. Therefore，thispaper reviews the mechanism of single herbextracts in the prevention and treatment of acute lunginjury，in order to provide scientific basis for basic experimental research and clinical applicationin this field.
