小鼠气血双虚模型的复制

摘    要:
目的:复制小鼠气血双虚动物模型。方法:采用失血法和环磷酰胺并用法复制气血双虚动物模型,通过观察小鼠的一般体征、外周血血象、胸腺及脾脏组织形态改变来观察模型的复制情况,并用当归补血口服液进行反证。结果:与空白对照组小鼠比较,模型组小鼠外周血象显著降低,胸腺脾脏均发生严重萎缩、皮质明显变薄、脾小结明显缩小、淋巴细胞数明显减少,当归补血口服液可明显对抗上述变化。结论:失血法和环磷酰胺并用法可成功复制出气血双虚动物模型。

Abstract:
Objective: To establish the mouse model of deficiency of both qi and blood. Methods: Mouse model of defi- ciency of both qi and blood was established by releasing blood and injecting Cyclophosphamide, and the general physical signs, peripheral blood hemogram, and morphologic changes of thymus and spleen were observed to detect the establish - ment of the mouse model, and then Dangguibuxue Oral Solution was employed as the disproof. Results: Compared with the mice in blank control group, the level of peripheral blood hemogram of mice in model group was markedly decreased, and the thymus and spleen were severely depauperated, the thymus cortex was significantly thin, and the number of splenic corpuscle and thymus lymphocyte were obviously decreased. Dangguibuxue Oral Solution could considerably oppose the above changes. Conclution: The combination of releasing blood and injecting Cyclophosphamide can successfully establish the mouse model of deficiency of both qi and blood.
