| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床价值。方法：对132例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者进行鼻内镜手术治疗,随访手术结果,并对疗效进行评价。结果：术后随访半年,治愈98例（74.2%）,好转30例（22.7%）,无效4例（3.1%）,总有效率为96.9%,无严重手术后并发症。结论：鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉,具有视野清楚、直视下操作、病灶清除彻底、疗效好等优点,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical value of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Method：By the nasal endoscopy,132 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were surgical treatment,surgical results were followed,the effects are to evaluate.Result：The patients were followed up for six months,98 cases（74.2%） cured,30 cases（22.7%） improved,4 cases（3.1%）,total effective rate was 96.9% and no serious postoperative complications.Conclusion：The endoscopic sinus surgery has a clear vision and direct operation,debridement and thorough,effective,etc.in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,worthy of clinical application. |
