| 摘 要： | 目的了解护理干预对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量和生活质量的影响。方法应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）和生活质量核心量表EORTC QLQ—C30对97名肺癌化疗患者在护理干预前后进行调查和分析，并与国内常模比较。结果（1）肺癌化疗患者睡眠状况明显差于正常人群，多数患者存在不同程度的睡眠障碍，PSQI〉7分者占41．11％；护理干预后患者睡眠质量得到改善，PSQI〉7分者占17．52％，主要在睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率等方面改善明显。（2）护理干预后，患者的总体健康状况和功能子量表评分明显升高，症状子量表（疲劳、恶心呕吐）及特异性项目（食欲、便秘项目）评分则明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论心理治疗、健康教育、社会支持应用等护理活动可提高肺癌化疗患者的睡眠质量和生活质量。
