疏肝和胃方对混合反流性食管炎大鼠一氧化氮合酶和血管活性肠肽的影响

目的：观察疏肝和胃方（主药：柴胡、白芍、川连等）对混合反流性食管炎模型大鼠食管组织一氧化氮合酶和血管活性肠肽的影响。方法：通过贲门肌切开术加十二指肠半结扎术制备混合反流性食管炎大鼠模型，随机分为中药组、西药组、模型组、正常组。一周后分别给予疏肝和胃方水煎剂、法莫替丁和生理盐水，连续给药14天后，观察食管组织一氧化氮合酶（NOS）、血管活性肠肽（VIP）含量。结果：混合反流性食管炎模型大鼠食管组织NOS、VIP含量显著增加；用疏肝和胃方治疗后食管组织NOS、VIP含量显著减少，与正常组相比无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：疏肝和胃方通过减少食管组织NOS、VIP含量来治疗混合反流性食管炎。

Influence of the Recipe of Soothing the Liver and Regulating the Stomach on the Nitric Oxide Synthase and Vasoactive Intestine Peptide of Rats with Mixed Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:To observe the influence of the recipe of soothing the liver and regulating the stomach on the nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and vasoactive intestine peptide (VIP) of rats with mixed reflux esophagitis.Method:Cardiomyotomy and duodenum semiligation were used to make the rat model of mixed reflux esophagitis.And the rats were randomly divided into four groups:the Chinese medicine treatment group (treated with decoction of soothing the liver and regulating the stomach),the western medicine treatment group(treated with fumotidine),the model group and the normal group given saline.The content of NOS and VIP in the esophagus tissue were detected after 14 weeks.Result:The content of NOS and VIP in the esophagus tissue of rats with mixed reflux esophagitis were increased significantly.And they were lowered after treatment.The differences between the treatment groups and the normal group were not notable(P>0.05).Conclusion:Recipe of soothing the liver and regulating the stomach can treat mixed reflux esophagitis through decreasing the content of NOS and VIP in the esophagus tissue.
