舒血宁注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕临床观察

目的观察舒血宁注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例用舒血宁注射液20mL加入5%的葡萄糖液250mL（糖尿病患者改用生理盐水250mL）静脉滴注,每日1次,7d为1个疗程;对照组20例用桂哌齐特160mg加入生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,每日1次,7d为1个疗程。记录治疗后发作停止时间、治疗前后血黏度指标、症状变化。结果治疗组总有效率（92.5%）显著高于对照组（75.0%,P＆lt;0.05）。治疗组治疗24～72h以及72h以上发作停止的患者分别为21,3例,对照组分别为3,5例,2组分别比较,有极显著或显著性差异（P＆lt;0.01,P＆lt;0.05）。治疗组能显著降低血黏度指标。结论舒血宁注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有较好疗效。

Shuxuening Injection for treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency dizziness

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shuxuening Injection on vertebrobasilar insufficiency dizziness. Method The patients （n=60） were randomly divided into two groups, including the treatment group （n=40） given Shuxuening Injection [20 mL added into 5% dextrose solution （250 mL, normal saline solution for patients with diabetes）] by intravenous drip, and the control group （n=20） given cinepazide [160 mg added into normal saline solution （250 mL）] by intravenous drip, once a day for 7 days. The stop time of dizziness was recorded after the treatment and the changes of blood viscosity indexes and symptoms were observed before and after the treatment. Result The total effective rate in the treatment group （92.5%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （75.0%, P〈0.05）. When the cases were treated for 24~72 hours and more than 72 hours the dizziness was stopped in 21 and 3 cases respectively in the treatment group, and 3 and 5 cases in the control group. The comparison between two groups was greatly significantly different and significantly different respectively （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuening Injection has a good curative effect on vertebrobasilar insufficiency dizziness.
