新疆少数民族地区村卫生室远程继续医学教育研究

摘    要:目的:了解新疆少数民族地区村卫生室信息化建设现况及其人员素质状况,探讨开展远程继续医学教育的必要性和可行性。方法典型抽取南疆墨玉县、北疆青河县、东疆哈密市,每地随机抽取6所乡镇卫生院,每所乡镇卫生院按照经济水平进行高、中、低分层,每层抽取3所村卫生室,共53所村卫生室99名乡村医生,并分层抽取卫生院领导、乡村医生共30名进行深入访谈,对村卫生室信息化建设现况和人员素质状况进行分析。结果新疆少数民族地区卫生室电脑配备率为100.00%,网络开通率为41.51%,大专及以上学历者占30.30%,存在临床医学专业比重小、不具备电脑基本操作技能等问题,开展远程继续医学教育网站及授课内容与现有人员需求有差别。结论开发现有网络化建设中远程继续医学教育潜能,满足村卫生室现有工作人员培训需求,开展具有考核及反馈机制的远程继续医学教育以逐步改善少数民族地区村卫生室人员素质不高的现状。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the information construction and personnel quality in minority remote villages in Xinjiang.Methods 6 typical health clinics from Moyu County of South Xinjiang,Qinghe County of North Xinjiang and Hami city of South Xinjiang were selected and layered them into high,medi-um and low class according to economic level;then extracted three clinics in each class,totally fifty-three clinics and 99 village doctors,furthermore hierarchically extracted hospital leaders and personnel by totally 30 to do in-depth interviews.Results The Xinjiang minority national areas′clinic computer equipment rate is 100% and network opening rate is 41.51%.Staff college degree or above accounted for 30.30% ,and there is a small proportion of clinical medicine ,do not have basic computer skills and other issues.Contin-uing medical education website and teaching contents are different from the existing personnel demand. Conclusion It is necessary to develop the long-range continuing medical education′s potential in the exist-ing network construction to meet the training needs of existing staff of village clinics and carry out the long-range.Continuing medical education for distance with assessment and feedback mechanisms to gradu-ally improve the quality of village health workers is not high status minority areas .
