摘    要:目的:探讨不同实习模式对急救中心门诊实习护生心理的影响。方法以2010年8-11月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院急救中心门诊实习的护生80人作为对照组,按以往的常规实习模式,即入科由相应的老师带教,随老师的班次一对一实习至本科室实习结束,科室实习结束前进行一般资料、SCL-90量表的调查。以2010年12月-2011年3月实习的80人作为试验组,在进科实习前先安排培训,根据实习带教内容集中安排8学时,以讲解、示范、操作训练及解疑答惑为主,操作训练中模拟急救操作,以小情景为主。然后分配至相应带教老师进行临床实习,随老师的班次一对一实习至本科室实习结束,在实习过程中每周一小结、一授课、一培训,时间为2~4 h,出科前进行一般资料、SCL-90量表的调查。结果实验组与对照组 SCL-90各因子中强迫症状、人际关系敏感、敌对、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、其他、总分、总均分、阳性项目数均有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论新的实习模式能有效降低急诊实习护生在急救中心抢救室实习时的心理反应,利于急诊实习护生的身心健康。

Abstract:Objective Investigating the psychological effects on the emergency center outpatient practice nursing students with different modes.Methods Dividing the nurses who practice in emergency department into two groups,first 80 students in accordance with past teaching mode,those were given the task of teaching by a same teacher.one-by-one teaching with teacher’s task until the end of this internship sections.Finally,given them general information and SCL-90 scale survey before they leave emergency department.Last 80 students as experimental group who were given the training first.According to teaching content,concentrated arrangements 8 classes of learning ,dominated by explaining,and model,and oper-ation training,operation training dominated by small stories,simulation first aid operation.Then followed the teachers assigned to the appropriate teachers for clinical practice,with one-to-one teaching for teacher shifts to the department practice,every Monday during the internship process summary,one instruction, training,time in 2-4 hours.Surveys on general information and SCL-90 scale were carried out from de-partment.Results Experimental group and controlled group in the factor points situation in SCL-90, forced symptoms,and interpersonal relationships sensitive,and depression,and anxiety,and hostile,and terrorist,and paranoid,and other,and total,and total equalization,and positive project number analysis statistics indicators have statistics differences (P 〈0.05).Conclusion New practice model is effective in reducing emergency nursing students in emergency center emergency room practice of psychological reaction,conducive to the physical and mental health of nursing students in emergency.
