416例永久性起搏器程控随访分析

目的 分析永久起搏器植入术后患者长期程控随访的临床结果 。方法 回顾性分析新疆医科大学第一附属医院综合心脏内科416例植入永久性起搏器后患者术后随访及程控资料，随访时间1～5a，内容包括患者的临床症状、起搏器故障发生情况，行多导联心电图、胸部X线及超声心动图等检查，根据需要对部分患者调整起搏参数和重新手术处理。结果 程控随访过程中发现各种起搏功能障碍及随访中的并发症31例，经过调整参数和重新手术处理均得到满意转归。结论 对永久性起搏器植入患者的定期程控随访至关重要，可及时发现和处理永久性起搏器相关的起搏故障和并发症，使患者得到更好的疗效。

The analysis of programming and follow-up of 416 cases with cardiac pacemaker implantation

Objective To analyze the clinical results in patients with long-term programming and tollow-up after their permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation. Methods Retrospective analysis on the postoperative clinical data and conventional 1-5 year follow-up data was conducted based on 416 cases with permanent pacemaker implantation in the First Affiliated Hospital to Xinjiang Medical University. The follow-up data included the patients＇ clinical symptoms, the occurrence of pacing dysfunction, electrocardiogram, chest radiography and ultrasonic cardiogram. Results 31 cases with pacemaker dysfunction and complications in the follow-up were found and all normal pacemaker function was recovered with the pacing parameter adjustment and new operation. Conclusion The long-term programming and follow-up in patients with pacemaker implantation was of great importance, which can detect pacing dysfunction and related complications.
