AH plus与碧兰两种根充糊剂在根管治疗中的临床疗效评价

目的：观察碧兰糊剂和AH plus糊剂在慢性尖周炎的根管治疗术后的反应及远期疗效。方法选择在新疆医科大学第一附属医院牙体牙髓科就诊需要做根管治疗的慢性根尖周炎患者198例204颗牙，随机分为AH plus糊剂组和碧兰糊剂组，每组102颗牙。常规根管预备后，两组分别用 AH plus糊剂和碧兰糊剂根管治疗术多次法根管根充，比较两组患者根管治疗术后的反应及远期疗效。结果治疗后7-14 dAH plus糊剂组术后疼痛发生率略高于碧兰糊剂组，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；术后1 a复诊，AH plus 糊剂组治疗有效率为93．62％，碧兰糊剂组为87．63％，两组远期疗效差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论 AH plus糊剂与碧兰糊剂用于多次根管治疗术后远期疗效可靠，AH plus糊剂在治疗有效率上略优于碧兰糊剂。

Clinical evaluation of AH plus and Cortisomol sealer on infected root canal therapy

Objective To observe the clinical and long-term effect of AH plus and Cortisomol sealer on treatment of chronic apical periodontitis using root canal therapy （RCT）.Methods 204 teeth of 198 cases that need RCT were randomly divided into A,B two groups,namely AH plus sealer group with 102 teeth and Cortisomolsealer group with another 102 teeth.Multiple-visit root canal fillings were performed using AH plus and Cortisomol sealer respectively after the conventional root canal preparation.Results The postoperative reaction of AH plus sealer group was slightly higher than the Cortisomol sealer group on day 1-14 after the treatment.There was no statistical significance （P 〉0.05）,While no significant difference was found between two groups （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Using both AH plus and Cortisomol sealers in multiple-visit RCT has reliable long-term effect,AH plus paste is better than that of Cortisomol paste group.
