开塞露保留灌肠治疗脊柱术后尿潴留患者效果评价

目的：探讨开塞露保留灌肠治疗脊柱术后尿潴留患者的临床疗效。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院脊柱外科140例脊柱术后尿潴留患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组给予开塞露保留灌肠，对照组采用热敷、按摩、听流水声等传统方法，对两组治疗有效率进行比较。结果试验组治疗有效率为98．6％，对照组治疗有效率为35．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。结论开塞露保留灌肠治疗脊柱术后尿潴留患者疗效显著，明显降低了术后尿潴留的发生率，经济实用，无毒副作用，便于临床护理。

Effect evaluation of retention enema of glycerin suppository treatment in patients with spinal postoperative urinary retention

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of retention enema of glycerin suppository treatment in patients with spinal postoperative urinary retention.Methods Screen 140 cases of The first teaching hospital of Xinjiang medical university spinal postoperative urinary retention,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group was given retention enema of glycerin suppository,control group was given hot compression,massage,listening to the sound of running water and other traditional methods,compared these two groups of patients and recorded their effective rate.Results The experimental group′s effective rate was 98.6%,the control group′s effective rate was 35.7%,the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Clinical efficacy of retention enema of glycerin suppository treatment in patients with spinal postoperative urinary retention is distinct,significantly reduced the incidence of postoperative urine retention and urethral catheterization rate,and It is an economical,practical,convenient way with less side effects.
