颌骨牵引成骨术矫正下颌正中陈旧性骨折畸形

目的：研究牵引成骨技术在矫正下颌正中陈旧性骨折畸形治疗中的应用。方法：对5例下颌正中陈旧性骨折错位愈合的患者采用牵引成骨技术进行矫治,必要时辅助正颌外科手术。结果：手术顺利,外形恢复好,畸形纠正明显,咬合关系重建效果满意;局部成骨满足畸形整复要求,无感染等并发症。结论：牵引成骨技术用于矫正下颌正中部陈旧性粉碎性骨折畸形具有创伤小,手术时间短,无需开辟第二术区行组织移植,并发症较少,效果稳定可靠的特点。缺点是整个治疗过程时间较长。

Correction of Deformity of Old Chin Fracture by Distraction Osteogenesis

Objective:To investigate the application of distractio n osteogenesis technique in old chin splintered fracture.Methods:5 patients with old chin splintered fracture were included in this study.D istraction osteogenesis technique was used to correct the chin deformity and mal occlusion.Othognathic surgery were done when necessary.Results:The operations were smooth, no infection occurred.All the patients reconst ructed occlusion.Conclusions:Distraction osteogenesis is a good method for correction of deformity of old chin fracture.Tissue transplanta tion is unnecessary; operation is not very complex, and treatment is low risk.Bu t the treatment period is long.
