150例女性选用海洛因或苯丙胺类毒品相关因素分析

目的:探讨女性吸毒者对海洛因或苯丙胺类毒品选择的相关因素.方法:从我中心2003年8月-2004年8月收治的454例女性吸毒者中随机抽取海洛因和苯丙胺类滥用者各75例分为两组进行问卷调查.结果:两组比较,吸毒前年龄、婚姻、职业、用药动机、交友、毒品来源、滥用场所、家庭结构、经济状况及成员关系、烟酒药物滥用及相关因素方面,均有明显差异(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论:二级预防中,家庭、社会、个人多方面的协调合作势在必行.

Analysis of Related Factors for 150 Cases of Female Addicts' Choice of Heroin or Amphetamines

Objective: To study the related factors of female addicts' choice of heroin or amphetamines.Methods: To investigate 75 cases of heroin addicts and 75 cases of amphetamines addicts by questionnaire from454 cases of female addicts in detoxification center from 2003.8 to 2004.8. Results: There was significantdifference in age, marriage, occupation,motivation of drug taking, making friend ,source of drug, place of abusefamily structure ,economic status ,members' relationship ,tobacco and alcohol abuse and related factors betweentwo groups by comparation (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: It must be enforced to collocate in family, societyand individual in secondary prevention.
