冠心病与银屑病

既往认为银屑病仅是一种主要累及皮肤、部分累及关节的慢性病变,但近年来有学者发现,银屑病可明显增加冠心病发生的风险,银屑病与冠心病之间的关系越来越受到国内外学者关注。银屑病合并冠心病的致病机制目前尚不清楚,银屑病与冠心病的发病机制在炎症免疫反应和脂代谢异常两方面存在相似性,这些相似性可能是两者合并发病的原因。

Coronary Heart Disease and Psoriasis

Psoriasis has always been thought of as a chronic disease which mainly involve skin and joints. But in recent years, some scholars found that psoriasis can obviously increase the risk of coronary heart disease. The relation- ship of psoriasis and coronary heart disease get more and more attentions from scholars at home and abroad. The patho- genic mechanism of psoriasis with coronary heart disease is not clear. The pathogenesis of psoriasis and coronary heart disease exist some similar, such as inflammation immune response and lipid metabolism disorder. These similarities could be the cause of the two diseases combined.
