毒黄素对呼吸和循环系统的毒性研究

摘    要:目的 了解毒黄素对呼吸和循环系统的毒性。方法 从生理和病理的角度试验了毒黄素对呼吸和循环系统的毒性研究。结果 毒黄素首先影响呼吸系统,继而影响循环系统,导致呼吸和循环系统衰竭而死亡。结论 毒黄素使肺脏、心脏和肾脏组织呈现明显的病理性损害,肝脏无显著改变,这项研究对加强早期毒黄素中毒的防治措施提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Objective Study the toxication of toxoflavinproduced by Pseudomonas cocovenenans.Method The toxication have been tested by the respiratory system and the circulatory system on the aspect of physiology and pathology.Result Toxoflavin first injures the respiratory system, secondly influences the circulatory system,and in the last induces the functional failure of the respiratory system and congestive heart failure which cause death.Conclusion The lungs,heart and kidney tissues are discovered the obvious pathological injures. There is no abnomal change in liver tissues.The expermentshave provided theoretical evidence on treatment and protection of an early piosoning of toxoflavin.
