摘    要:探讨局部振动对血浆一氧化氮的影响及其意义。「方法」对不同接振时间、不同接振强度的家兔进行了血浆一氧化氮浓度的测定与分析。「结果」实验组家兔血浆一氧化氮浓度较对照组有降低趋势;随接振时间的延长和接振剂量的增大。降低更明显。「结论」局部振动可导致血浆一氧化氮浓度的降低,这种降低可能是振动生血管损伤的原因之一。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the effects of local vibration on the concentration of plasma nitric oxide(NO) and its meanings.[Methods] The concentration of plasma NO was measured and analyzed in rabbits with different vibration power and different exposure period.[Results] There was a decreasing tendency in plasma NO level in experimental groups than that in control group.The longer vibration exposure and the more enhanced vibration power,the lower the concentration of plasma NO level was observed.[Conclusion] Local vibration can result in the decreasing of the concentration of plasma NO,which might be one of the mechanisms of vibration induced vascular impairment.
