| 摘 要： | 目的:了解某钼矿企业40岁以上职工高血糖的患病率,并探讨肥胖和血脂异常与高血糖的关系。方法:利用2008年5805名钼矿企业职工体检普查数据,计算高血糖检出率,应用单因素分析及Logistic回归模型分析肥胖和血脂成分异常等因素对高血糖患病的影响。结果:高血糖总检出率为2.3%。高龄、超重或肥胖、腹型肥胖、高胆固醇、高三酰甘油是高血糖的相关危险因素(OR 1.4~2.6)。结论:该钼矿企业职工高血糖检出率较低,但相关影响因素效应明显。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors for hyperglycemia among employees in a mining area of Molybde- num located in south Shanxi province. Method Data of physical examination and blood biochemical test result for 5805 workers in 2008 were collected to calculate the prevalence of hyperglycemia. The relationship between hyperglycemia and risk factors was analyzed using uni- variate analysis and Logistic regression model. Results The prevalence of hyperglycemia was 2. 3% totally. Older, overweight, higher TC and higher TG were associated with hyperglycemia signific,＇mtly （ OR：1. 4 -2.6）. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension is at a low level in this specific population,and the effects of some risk factors for hyperglycemia are significant. |
