摘    要:本文报道以半合成脂肪酸酯为基质,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为吸收促进剂的扑热息痛检剂和不含PVP的同种栓剂及市售栓剂的体外释放率及家兔体内吸收率的实验观察.结果表明,含PVP的栓剂比不含PVP的栓剂和市售栓剂的体外释放速度及体内吸收率都快.

Abstract:This article reports an experimental observation of rate of release in vitro- and absorption of rabbits in vivo of three kinds of acetaminophen supposi- tories,: (1) suppositories with semisynthetic ester fatty acid as suppository and polyvingpyrrolidone(PVP)as a sorbefacient agent;(2)the same kind of supposito suppositories without PYP; (3)the market suppositoryy. The result show thatthe release rate in vitro and absorption rate in vivo of the acetaminophensuppositories containing PVP were faster than those of suppo- sitory without PVP and the market suppository.
