儿童急性肾小球肾炎并高血压性脑病的护理

目的:总结儿童急性肾小球肾炎并发高血压脑病的护理。方法:对我院2004年7月～2009年7月50例急性肾小球肾炎并高血压性脑病患儿的护理进行归纳总结,包括:心理护理,饮食指导,病情观察及护理,休息、活动指导,血液透析的护理,预防感染,出院宣教等。结果:本院50例急性肾小球肾炎并高血压性脑病患儿均在1～2周内好转或痊愈出院,无脑疝、呼吸循环衰竭及死亡发生。结论:科学合理护理,能提高患儿的生活质量,降低患儿死亡率。

The nursing of children with acute glomerulonephritis and hypertensive encephalopathy

Objective ： Summarized the nursing of children with acute glomerulonephritis complicated with hypertensive encephalopathy. Methods ： In our hospital from July 2004 to July 2009 50 cases of acute glomerulonephritis and hypertensive encephalopathy care be summarized, including： psychological care; dietary, guidance; condition observation and nursing care, breaks,activity guide, hemodialysis, prevention of infection, discharged missionaries and so on. Results ： The court of 50 cases of acute glomerulonephritis and hypertensive encephalopathy were discharged within 1 to 2 weeks by improved or cured, there were no hernia, respiratory and circulatory failure and death. Conclusion ： This method is correct and effective care can improve quality of life for children and reduce mortality in children.
