可调式艾灸箱治疗肾虚腰痛的效果

目的 观察可调式艾灸箱治疗肾虚腰痛的临床疗效.方法 将97例肾虚腰痛患者随机分为观察组48例和对照组49例.观察组采用可调式艾灸箱治疗,对照组采用传统艾灸箱治疗,疗程均为2周.结果 观察组总有效率85.41%,明显高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义（x2=4.841,P=0.027 8）;观察组局部皮肤灼痛和总不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）.结论 可调式艾灸箱治疗肾虚腰痛能提高疗效,降低不良反应,是治疗和护理肾虚腰痛的一种有效手段.

Effect of adjustable moxibustion box on kidney-deficiency related lumbago

Objective To observe the clinical effect of adjustable moxibustion box on kidney-deficiency related lumbago. Methods 97 kidney-deficiency related lumbago patients were randomly divided into treatment group (48 patients) and control group (49 patients). Treatment group was treated by adjustable moxibustion box, while the control group accepted the traditional moxibustion box. Duration of the treatment was two weeks.Results The overall efficacy of the treatment group 85.41% was significantly higher than that of the control group 71.43% ( x2 =4. 841 ,P =0. 027 8 ). The overall incidence of local skin burning sensation and side effect of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group ( P ＜ 0. 01 or P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusions Treatment with adjustable moxibustion box improves the efficacy and reduces side effects, which is an effective therapy to the kidney-deficiency related lumbago.
