血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与心肌梗死关系的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与心肌梗死的关系。方法采用化学发光免疫分析法测定50例心肌梗死患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、叶酸(Fol)、维生素B12(V itB12)等指标,并与63例健康对照者相比。结果①心肌梗死组的血浆HCY水平明显高于对照组,而Fol及V itB12水平则低于对照组(P<0.05);②对心肌梗死组进行单因素Logistic回归分析,并在单因素分析结果基础上行多因素Logistic回归分析,发现高同型半胱氨酸是心肌梗死的独立致病因素。结论高同型半胱氨酸是心肌梗死的独立致病因素。

Study on relationship between plasma level of homocysteine and myocardial infarction

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between plasma level of homocysteine and myocardial infarction(MI).Methods Plasma levels of homocysteine(HCY),folate(Fol) and vitamin B12(VitB12) were measured in 50 cases of myocardial infarction and 63 healthy controls,and these items were examined by Chemiluminescence Immunoassay.Results ① Plasma levels of HCY and total cholesterol(TC) in patients with MI were significantly higher,while the plasma levels of Fol and VitB12 were lower than those of control group(P0.05);②The results of Logistic regression analysis for multi-factors based on analysis of single factor in patients of MI group demonstrated that plasma level of homocysteine is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of myocardial infarction.Conclusion High plasma level of homocysteine is an independent risk factor for myocardial infarction.
