改良中长静脉置管在脑卒中静脉输液中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨改良中长静脉置管在脑卒中患者静脉输液中的应用效果,分析改良中长静脉置管的优势及其并发症的预防与处理,减少并发症的发生.方法 将321例需行中长静脉置管的急性脑卒中患者,随机分为实验组167例使用改良中长静脉置管和对照组154例使用普通中长静脉置管,分析比较两组应用效果.结果 改良中长静脉置管平均留置时间较普通中长静脉置管时间长,差异有统计学意义(t=9.787,P<0.01) 实验组导管堵塞发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(x2=16.354,P<0.01),改良中长静脉置管优于普通中长静脉置管.结论 改良中长静脉置管能满足脑卒中患者危急重症及静脉输液药物高渗性、强刺激性的特点,留置时间长,并发症少,可以为脑卒中患者提供安全,有效、舒适的静脉通路.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of improved medium-long intravenous catheter in acute cerebral stroke patients with intravenous infusion, analyze its advantages and discuss prevention and treatment to complications, ultimately, reduce the rates of complications. Methods 321 acute cerebral stroke patients using medium-and long venous catheters were selected and divided into two groups: 167 cases were in test group which used improved medium-long venous catheter and 154 cases were in control group which used normal medium-long vein catheterization. Analyze the effect of two groups. Results Retention time of improved medium-long venous catheter is longer than ordinary medium-long venous catheter, the difference is statistically significant (t = 9. 787, P < 0. 01 ), the rates of catheter blockage of improved long-venous catheter complication was less than normal long-venous catheter( x2 = 16. 354, P < 0. 01 ). Improved medium-long venous catheter is better than normal medium-long vein catheterization. Conclusions Improved medium-long venous catheter can meet the emergency of severe stroke patients and intravenous drug infusion of hypertonic strong irritating characteristics, retaining a longer time, less complications, it can provide stroke patients with safe, effective,comfortable venous access.
