| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性乙肝患者主观幸福感和社会支持水平及其相关性。方法采用便利抽样法抽取123例住院慢性乙肝患者，运用纽芬兰纪念大学主观幸福感问卷和社会支持量表进行调查。结果慢性乙肝患者主观幸福感为中等水平（21．92±2．65）分，社会支持水平低于正常人，慢性乙肝患者主观幸福感与社会支持呈中等程度的正相关（r=0．408，P=0．000）。结论慢性乙肝患者的主观幸福感和社会支持水平较差，而且社会支持对主观幸福感有预测作用，医护人员应通过各种不同的措施，增加患者的社会支持从而提高其主观幸福感。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the level of subjective well-being (SWB) and social support (SS), as well as their relationship in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods One hundred and twenty-three inpatients were selected by using convenience sampling method. Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH)and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used. Results SWB level of chronic hepatitis B patients was moderate (21.92±2.65) and SS level was lower than normal people. SS level showed a positive correlation with SWB in chronic hepatitis B patients ( r = 0.408, P = 0.000). Conclusions Chronic hepatitis B patients have lower level of SWB. Medical workers should take all possible measures to increase their social support so as to improve their SWB. |
