| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝病患者红细胞免疫功能的动态变化。方法 采用郭峰法检测红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RCR)、循环免疫复合物花环率 (RICR)、红细胞免疫促进因子 (RFER)和红细胞免疫抑制因子 (RFIR) ,并与正常对照相比较。结果肝病患者RCR及RFER明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,RICR及RFIR明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;RCR与RFER成正相关 (P <0 0 1) ,与RFIR成负相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论肝病患者红细胞免疫功能下降 ,自我调控紊乱。肝病的发生发展与机体红细胞免疫功能有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of red cells immune function in patients with liver disease.Methods Using Guo Feng's method to detect RCR?RICR?and RFIR,and the results were compared with normal controls.Results RCR and RFER in total patients with liver disease were significantly decreased( P <0 01),while RICR and RFIR were significantly increased( P <0 01);There was a positive correlation between RCR and RFER(r=0 92 P <0 01) and a negative correlation between RCR and RFIR(r=-0 86 P <0 01) Conclusion Red cell immune function of patients with liver disease was decreased and red cell self regulation system was disturbed.The development of liver disease was relevant to red cell immune function. |
