| 摘 要： | 急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者血浆 HDL 及 HDL 亚组份所台 Ch 和Apo—AI 皆明显降低,在 HDL—C 中 HDL—C 降低尤甚,其 Ch/Apo-AI 比值降低,随着病情好转上述指标的含量递增,但在 SGPT 已恢复正常时,HDL 及其亚组份所含 Apo—AI 与正常人相比仍处于低值,该指标对于判断急黄肝患者肝功能状态及预后可能更为优越。

| Abstract: | HDL in plasma of 22 patients with acute icteric virulent hepatitis was determined.Ch and Apo-A1 of HDL and subfractions ware decreased signi- ficantly.The HDL_3-C/HDL_2-C was increased and Ch/Apo-A1 in HDL_2 was decreased.As the clinical symptoms were reversed,so was what men- tioned above.If we used SGPT activity as an index,Apo-A1 of HDL and HDL subfractions were still lower than those of the healthy aubjeets when SGPT activity was normal.This index can provide a convincing judyment for liver function and prognosis of disease. |
