穴位埋线加按摩治疗周围性面神经麻痹200例——附药物治疗对照组180例

目的 :观察穴位埋线配合按摩治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。将 380例患者随机分为两组 :观察组2 0 0例 ,采用穴位埋线加按摩治疗 ;对照组 180例 ,采用常规药物治疗。结果 :观察组总有效率 98% ,痊愈率90 5 % ;对照组总有效率 87 3% ,痊愈率为 5 6 2 %。经统计学处理 (P <0 0 1) ,痊愈率两组间有非常显著性差异。结论 :穴位埋线法治疗周围性面神经麻痹具有良好疗效 ,急性期是穴位埋线治疗此病的最佳时机

Therapeutic effects of 200 cases of peripheral facial paralysis with acupuncture catgut embedding therapy

Purpose:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture catgut embedding therapy on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:380 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups:observation group (200 cases) were treated with acupuncture catgut embedding therapy;control group (180 cases) received routine medication treatment.Results:The cured rate was 90.5% and 56.2%,and the effective rate was 98.0% and 87.3% in the treatment group and the control group,respectively,the treatment group being superior to the control group in the cured rate (P<0.01).Conclusion:acupuncture catgut embedding therapy is good effective for peripheral facial paralysis.Acute stage is the best opportunity for acupuncture catgut embedding therapy of peripheral facial paralysis.
