草原兔尾鼠几种同工酶等位基因位点研究

本文报告采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法分析草原兔尾鼠的肝脏和心脏乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）、葡萄糖－６－磷酸脱氢酶（Ｇ６ＰＤ）、苹果酸酶（ＭＥ）和酯酶（ＥＳＴ）同工酶酶谱的结果。结果表明草原兔尾鼠同种脏器中同种酶的同工酶谱基本相同，但有明显的个体差异，存在着遗传多态现象。不同脏器的同种酶谱差异明显。讨论了实验结果作为这种动物的生理学和遗传学基础资料的意义。

Study on Loci of Several Isozymograms Allele of Lagurus lagurus in Xinjiang

In this paper authors report the results about an analysis of isozymograms of LDH,G6PDH,ME,EST from the heart and liver of hegurus lagurus in Xinjiang,using vertical polyacrylamide gel elec-trophoresis (PAGE ).The results showed that the isozymograms of enzyme in the same organ of heguruslagurus are basic consistency but they displayed distinct difference between each rodent and existed the genet-ic polymorphism;the isozymograms of the same enzyme from different organ suggested the distinct differ-ence. Meanwhile,the significance was discussed that the ekperimental result was regarded as basic data ofphysiology and genetics of this animal
