丹田降脂丸对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨丹田降脂丸对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响.方法 以辛伐他汀作为阳性药,采用PeriFlux system5000激光多普勒血流仪观测丹田降脂丸分别对小鼠耳廓微循环在正常状态和肾上腺素所致微循环障碍状态下的血流灌注量(PU)的影响.结果 与空白对照组比较,丹田降脂丸高、中、低各剂量组均可显著增加正常状态下的小鼠耳廓血流灌注量(P<0.01),并可明显减轻肾上腺素所致的微血管收缩反应,改善微循环障碍(P<0.01).结论 丹田降脂丸可有效改善正常小鼠和肾上腺素致所致微循环障碍小鼠耳廓微循环.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Dantian Jiangzhi Pill on auricular microcirculation in mice.Methods PeriFlux system 5000 laser doppler cycler was used to measure the blood perfusion unit(PU) of mice auricle in both normal condition and microcirculation disturbance condition induced by adrenaline.Simvastatin was used as the positive drug.Results Compared with the blank control group,high-,moderate-and low-dosage Dantian Jiangzhi Pill increased blood perfusion unit of mice auricle significantly in normal condition(P < 0.01),and alleviated microvascular contraction and improved microcirculation disturbance induced by adrenaline(P < 0.01).Conclusion Dantian Jiangzhi Pill could effectively improve auricular microcirculation in normal mice and in adrenaline-induced microcirculation disturbance mice.
