留学生与国内七年制临床医学专业课程讲授的对比分析

摘    要:
目的对比留学生与七年制临床医学专业学生临床医学专业课程授课的异同点,探讨医学院校留学生教育的方法。方法观察首都医科大学2007级国际学院及七年制临床医学专业学生,对比两者在首都医科大学第二临床医学院接受内科学泌尿系统理论课及见习课教学过程中,英文教学、师资、教材、授课方式等方面的异同。结果国际学院留学生30人来自英联邦国家,接受全英文授课,七年制临床医学专业学生34人来自北京地区,接受双语授课;授课教师在职称及学位构成上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);留学生使用推荐教材比率远远小于七年制学生(3.3%vs.100%,χ2=60.10,P<0.001);见习课中留学生主动提问并讨论发言的人次数明显高于七年制学生(116.7%vs.50.0%,χ2=6.125,P=0.013)。结论提高医学院校留学生全英语教学质量,需要加强教师的英语培训、编写适宜的英文教材、探索新的教学模式。

Abstract:
Objective To compare the differences of the teaching process on internal medicine between foreign undergraduates and native undergraduates.Methods The undergraduates of grade 2007 in the Second Clinical College affiliated Capital Medical University,who came from foreign countries or from Beijing,were enrolled into the study.The situations on languages,teachers,textbooks and teaching methods between the two groups were compared during the teaching sessions of Urology System.Results The foreign undergraduates learned the course by English only.The native students learned it by English and Chinese.There were no differences between two groups on teachers levels(P0.05).The foreign undergraduates used the text books much less than the native students(3.3% vs.100%,χ2=60.10,P0.001).The rates of active discussion were much higher in foreigners than natives(116.7% vs.50.0%,χ2=6.125,P= 0.013).Conclusion It is necessary for foreign medical undergraduate education to improve teachers English capability,compose proper English text books,and explore new teaching methods.
