内异消癥汤含药血清对子宫内膜异位症在位和异位内膜间质细胞增殖及分泌Ang-2的影响

目的:观察内异消癥汤含药血清对子宫内膜异位症在位和异位内膜间质细胞增殖及分泌Ang-2的影响。方法:对在位和异位内膜间质细胞进行体外分离原代培养,免疫细胞化学法鉴定。制备大鼠含药血清,分为内异消癥汤组、米非司酮组、空白血清组,用MTT法检测含药血清对间质细胞的生长抑制率,并用Elisa法检测对间质细胞分泌的Ang-2水平。结果:体外原代细胞培养方法可培养出纯度较高的间质细胞,与空白血清组相比内异消癥汤含药血清可以抑制间质细胞的增殖(P0.01),同时可以显著减少Ang-2的分泌水平(P0.01)。结论:内异消癥汤含药血清可以抑制间质细胞的增殖,显著减少Ang-2的分泌水平。

The effect of the Neiyi Xiaozheng decoction containing serum against endometrial eutopic and ectopic endometrial stromal cell proliferation and secretion of Ang-2

Objective: To observe the effects of Neiyi Xiaozheng decoction containing serum against endometrial eutopic and ectopic endometrial stromal cell proliferation and secretion of Ang-2. Methods: Eutopic and ectopic endometrial stromal cells were cultured in vitro, identified them with immunocytochemistry method. Preparing rat serum containing, and dividing them into Neiyi Xiaozheng decoction group, mifepristone group, blank serum group, serum containing interstitial cell growth inhibition rate was detected by MTT, using the Elisa method to detect the level of Stromal cells secreted Ang-2. Results: In vitro primary cell culture, they can nurture the high purity of the stromal cells, compared with the blank serum group, the Neiyi Xiaozheng decoction containing serum can inhibit the proliferation of mesenchymal cells (P<0.01), while can significant reduce Ang-2 secretion levels (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Neiyi Xiaozheng decoction containing serum can inhibit the proliferation of mesenchymal cells, and significantly reduce Ang-2 secretion levels. 【
