| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate UDCA(UDCA) on the prevention of gall stones after Paul gallstone recurrence of clinicalvalue.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in April 2006 ~ April 2008 laparoscopic assisted cholangioscopy Paul gall stone surgery clinical data of 36 cases,patients taking UDCA conventional capsule 500 mg,every night before bed Dayton clothing,medication 6 to 12 months,and observe the effects.Results The patients were followed up 1 to 3 years,no stone recurrence,B ultrasonic examination without finishing the gallbladder wall thickening(2 mm),determination of cholecystokinin rate>30%,consistent with normal gallbladder ultrasonography,gallbladder function was normal,no liver renal dysfunction.Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted cholangioscopy Paul gallbladder stone patients taking UDCA capsule can effectively and safely prevent gallstone recurrence. |
