| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外伤性脾破裂患者行保脾治疗的经验.方法 回顾性分析我院自2003年11月至2010年10月对42例外伤性脾破裂患者行保脾治疗的临床资料.结果 42例中,非手术治疗31例,11例行保留脾手术,其中单纯脾动脉结扎4例,脾部分切除6例,行介入栓塞脾动脉止血保留脾脏1例,无相应并发症.结论 外伤性脾破裂行保脾治疗,很...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the experiences of preserving spleen in the treatment of traumatic splenic rupture. Methods Data from a total of 42 cases with traumatic splenic rupture, treated by way of conserving spleen, were analyzed from September,2003 to October,2010 retrospectively. Results In the 42 cases, 31 cases were treated by non-operative way, other cases were treated by retaining spleen, 4 cases were treated by ligating splenic artery, 6 cases were treated by resecting partial spleen, one case retained whole spleen by way of embolization of splenic artery through intervention, no complication was found. Conclusion Spleen-conserving in the treatment of traumatic splenic rupture retains splenic function, it can be popularized widely. |
