| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察中药自拟方养阴止血汤对中医辨证以阴虚为主的功血的疗效。方法 :收集功血病例 6 0例 ,中医辨证以阴虚为主 ,运用养阴止血汤治疗 ,观察疗效 ,比较治疗前后月经情况、伴随症状及内分泌变化。结果 :临床痊愈 33例 ,显效 9例 ,有效 11例 ,无效 7例 ,总有效率 88.33%。且治疗前后月经情况及伴随症状有较大改善 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,孕激素上升 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :养阴止血汤治疗阴虚型功血有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:It is to observe the effects of Yangyin Zhixue Tang on dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to yin-deficiency. Methods: Sixty cases with dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to yin-deficiency were treated with Yangyin Zhixue Tang. The changes of menstruation, symptoms to follow and endocrine were observed before and after treatment. Results: Thirty-three cases were recovery. Nine cases were effectual. Eleven cases were effective. Seven cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 88.33%. The symptoms were improved after treatment (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the level of progestin increased (P<0.05). Conclusion:Yangyin Zhixue Tang is effective on dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to yin-deficiency.; |
