摘    要:
近年来,同工酶分析已广泛用于作物品种资源调查,育种亲本的选择,杂交子代的测定及植物阶段发育研究等各个领域,在指导生产方面发挥了很大的作用。此外同工酶分析对研究不同种类植物的亲缘关系也有重要意义。

Abstract:
Esterase isozymes, peroxidase isozymes and soluble proteins of 8 species of Fritillaria L. were analyzed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Their zymograms revealed some relations and differences among them. The results showed that in genotypes F. przewalskii cv. Zhangxian was closely related to F. taipaiensis, while F. ebeiensis var. purpurea and F, ebeiensis exhibited certain relations with them. F. thunbergii var. chekiangensis, and F. thunbergii (including wild "subeimu")showed to be most closely related. F. hupehensis, F. thunbergii and F. puqiensis were fairly different from F. taipaiensis.
