超声引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的探讨

目的探讨彩超诊断和引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的方法和价值。方法通过对234例可疑肠套叠患儿行超声检查,诊断的67例为肠套叠,进行超声引导水压灌肠治疗。结果进行水压复位59例,成功54例;成功率91.5%,失败的5例,经手术证实均为肠套叠,其中三例时间超过48h。结论超超引导下水压灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套叠疗效满意、操作简便、易行,成功率高,是值得推广应用的方法 。

Discussion of child intussusception treatment by hydrostatic enema under ultrasound guidance

Objective To discuss the method and value of the child intussusception treatment by using hydrostatic enema under ultrasound guidance. Methods 234 cases of suspicious intussusception children are undergone ultrasonic testing, of which 67 cases were diagnosed to be intussusception and conducted the hydro- static enema treatment under the ultrasound guidance. Results 59 cases were undergone reduction of hydro- static enema, 54 cases were successful with the success rate of 91.5%, and 5 cases were failed, the intussus- ception cases were proved by operations, of which 3 cases exceed 48 h. Conclusion The method using hydro- static enema under ultrasound guidance has satisfactory effects, and convenient to operate and practical, has high success rate, and worthy of being promoted and applied.
