B7-H4和CA125在卵巢癌早期诊断中的应用价值

目的分析和探讨B7-H4以及CA125在卵巢癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测卵巢癌患者及健康女性血清中B7-H4、CA125的含量,分析其含量与卵巢癌分期、治疗效果的关系,研究其在卵巢癌早期诊断中的价值。结果卵巢癌患者血清B7-H4、CA125分子水平显著高于健康对照,且随癌症分期的进展而升高(P<0.05),血清B7-H4、CA125分子水平与卵巢癌治疗效果相关。B7-H4分子与CA125分子联合应用于卵巢癌诊断时,可明显提高诊断的敏感度与特异度。结论将B7-H4与CA125联合检测应用于卵巢癌早期诊断可显著提高诊断的敏感性和特异性,值得临床深入研究和推广。

Application Value of B7-H4 and CA125 in the Early Diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer

Objective To analysis the application value of B7-H4 and CA125 in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods The serum levels of BT-H4 and CA125 in ovarian cancer patients and healthy women were detected by ELISA double antibody sandwich assay. The relationship between the levels of B7-H4 and CA125 and ovarian cancer staging, treatment effect was analyzed and its value in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer was evaluated. Results The serum B7-H4, CA125 molecular level of patients with ovarian cancer was significantly higher than those of healthy controls and increased with the stage of cancer （P〈 0.05）. The serum level of B7-H4 and CA125 was related with ovarian cancer therapeutic effect. B7-H4 in combination with CA125 used in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer can significantly improve the diagnostic sensitiviW and specificity. Conclusion B7-H4 and CA125 in combination used in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis. It is worthy of in-depth research and application.
